SSRL Satellite Launched

In an historic first for UGA, On October 2, the SPOC Satellite built by students and faculty in the Small Satellite Research Laboratory was launched aboard an Antares rocket headed for the International Space Station.

UGA To Launch Tissue-Box Sized Satellite

The first launch is scheduled for late 2019 for one of two cube satellites made by the Small Satellite Research Laboratory at the University of Georgia.
