Stationed in Athens, GA.  Stephen serves as the lead on the Wadeable Stream Habitat Monitoring protocol, which is essentially a long-term stream monitoring effort that has been deployed in 5 southeastern parks. He also serves as the network's GIS/remote sensing analyst and point-of-contact for any GIS related inquiries.
