My name is Madison Rollins. I am a current master's student within the department of Geography at the University of Georgia. I received my Bachelor of Science from the University of North Georgia in Environmental Spatial Analysis. My research is centered around doing remote sensing-based bathymetry of alpine lakes within Great Basin National Park. I have a particular interest in remote sensing, hydrologic networks, and fluvial geomorphology. My goal is to one day become a physical scientist for the National Parks Service and then a professor. In my free time I enjoy spending time outdoors, working on my research, and video games.

Education:

Bachelor of Science | Environmental Spatial Analysis | University of North Georgia | Institute for Environmental and Spatial Analysis

Dissertation/Thesis Title:
Advanced Remote Sensing Techniques for Bathymetric Mapping of Alpine Lakes: Great Basin National Park
