Graduate Certificates

Certificate programs offers students an opportunity to complement concentrations in a wide array of subjects within the department, such as GIScience and Atmospheric Science, and in related interdisciplinary programs, such as Water Resources. Students can simultaneously satisfy the requirements of the certificate program while completing their electives requirements.

Atmospheric Sciences Program

The University of Georgia’s Atmospheric Sciences Program addresses the needs of students interested in studying meteorology or climate science. The UGA Atmospheric Sciences Program offers certificate programs at the graduate and undergraduate levels. Geographic Information Science Graduate Certificate
