The Student Chapter of ASPRS – American Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing is holding their next meeting on Thursday, September 27th at 3 pm in the Center for Geospatial Research, room 319 on the third floor of the Geography Building.
Not familiar with ASPRS? It’s a great opportunity to learn more! Founded in 1934, the American Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ASPRS) is a scientific association serving over 7,000 members around the world. Our chapter strives to help students advance their knowledge and improve understanding of mapping sciences and the responsible applications of geospatial technologies through events and activities.
Come join us, learn more, have a snack and discuss how you can get involved! Topics for this meeting include our involvement and presence at GIS day, coming up on Wednesday November, 14th 2018!
